Copyright Policy and Notice Requirements
The following are requirements for submitting a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) that content on DirectionsAndMaps’s Site is infringing or counter-notices.
DMCA Notice
To submit a claim of copyright infringement, please email with the following information:

Identification of the content on DirectionsAndMaps’s Site that is allegedly infringing. Please provide the URL to each item you allege is infringing.

A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice
If DirectionsAndMaps has removed your content in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, please email with proof of your identity and contact information, the content that was removed in error, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
